An energy efficient source of heat supply using a heat pump was introduced in the kindergarten "Taikuluk"

Today, on April 16, 2024, the opening ceremony of the kindergarten "Taikuluk", located in the village Kok Oi, Talas rayon, was held following the works on modernization of the heating system under the Additional Financing of the Third Village Investment Project (AF VIP-3), implemented by the Community Development and Investment Agency, with the support of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the World Bank.

"The modernization of the heating system at Taikuluk kindergarten not only improves comfort, but also emphasizes our ongoing concern for the wellbeing of the children. We are confident that the improvements would lead to more comfortable conditions for children to play and learn, as well as create a more sustainable and environmentally responsible environment," said M. Dosuev, Coordinator of AF VIP-3.

For reference only:

Heat pump installation includes:

  • Energy efficiency: The heat pump is an environmentally friendly and cost-effective heating solution.
  • Temperature stability: The new system ensures an even temperature in all rooms of the kindergarten, creating a comfortable environment for children and staff at any time of the year.
  • Reduced emissions: Replacing traditional heating systems with a heat pump helps to reduce the carbon footprint and contributes to a greener and more sustainable operation.
