Grant Support for Socio-Economic Development of ARIS Local Communities
Grant support is provided in the majority of ARIS project. The grant policy varies depending on the project: in some cases, grantees are required to provide co-financing ranging from 3% to 20%, while in other cases, no co-financing is required. pursue various goals and objectives aimed at supporting economic activity and the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Grant procedures are developed based on the specifics of each project and adapted to local conditions and needs. This maximizes the effectiveness and sustainability of the results achieved under the projects. Thanks to grant support and a comprehensive approach, ARIS projects have improved economic activity, created new jobs, and raised the living standards of rural residents in Kyrgyzstan. All projects have developed procedures for obtaining grant support, established committees to select grant proposals, and created guidelines and instructions. ARIS actively follows key principles of transparency, publicity, and openness.
Goal: To support the socio-economic development of local communities through the provision of grant funds.
Objectives:
The Community Development and Investment Agency is committed to supporting the strategies and programs approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, which are designed to stimulate community development, increase revenues, and enhance management capacity in implementing subprojects and effectively utilizing local resources. ARIS recognizes the importance of these initiatives for achieving sustainable socio-economic development in Aiyl Aimaks and cities and actively promotes their implementation through grant support.
Result: ARIS supported 298 applications for grant support to SMEs in 175 ayil aimaks, covering 200 villages across the country.
