The success story of a participant in the Livelihood Support Program (CSP AF)
My name is Nazgul Satybaldieva, I am a resident of Kazarman village in the Kargalyk Aiyl Aimak, Jalal-Abad Oblast. By profession, I am a master in the art of crafting national goods at District Professional Lyceum № 45. Alongside my professional endeavors, I am blessed with three sons and a daughter.
My expertise lies in the art of tailoring and embroidery, where my innate creativity thrives. Through my craftsmanship, I passionately create traditional Kyrgyz attire using natural felt – crafting caps, hats, charming souvenirs, footwear, and bespoke panels upon request.
Venturing into entrepreneurship demands a diverse skill set and knowledge base. From designing and marketing eco-friendly bags to understanding consumer demand and advertising strategies, I found clarity and guidance through ARIS trainings on business skills, planning, and development.
Throughout the training sessions, I delved into the nuances of entrepreneurship – exploring various business models, understanding taxation, and embracing sustainable practices. Armed with insights into cost management, pricing strategies, and market research, I gained the confidence to pursue my entrepreneurial dreams.
My aspiration is to establish a tailoring academy and showcase my creations to a wider audience. I strongly believe that the garment and handicraft industries have great potential to boost Kyrgyzstan's economy and drive innovation. With determination and perseverance, I am confident that my venture will carve out its niche in this dynamic industry.
