Information about the Working Visit to Naryn Region under the NRWSSDP
On September 9th 2025, a number of construction projects implemented by ARIS in Naryn Region have been monitored during a working visit to Naryn Oblast by Deputy Speaker of the Kyrgyz Republic Zhogorku Kenesh Mr. N.O. Sydygaliev, accompanied by Mr. M.D. Naspekov, Executive Director of the Community Development and Investment Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic (ARIS).
During the working visit, construction works to provide clean drinking water to the population in villages of Zhumgal and Kochkor districts were inspected and meetings with local residents were held.
It should be noted that these projects are being implemented as part of the " Naryn Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Development Program" financed by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Asian Development Bank. Its main goal is to provide residents of Naryn region villages with clean drinking water and improved sanitation. This goal is achieved through infrastructure development and strengthening local capacity.
Contractors carrying out the civil works were instructed to complete the work efficiently and on time. In addition, it was noted that each object is controlled separately.
