The working visit of the World Bank Supervision Mission in Talas oblast under the VIP-3 AF is ongoing

On April 25, in the afternoon, members of the World Bank Mission have familiarized with the subproject "Replacement of roofing, major repair of sanitary units and sewerage system of the kindergarten named after B. Sagyndykov" in Mayskoye village, Kyrgyzstan ayil aimak, Talas oblast. The total amount of the subproject is 2 million 346 thousand 382 KGS.

Today, April 26, during the inspection of the SP "Replacement of heating system of kindergarten "Tai-Kuluk" in Ken-Kol ayil aimak of Talas rayon, the head of the ayil okmotu Ken-Kol T. Sakeyev noted the climatic advantages and energy efficiency of the subproject.  Previously, 80 kW electric heaters were used to heat the kindergarten, radiators and water pipes had not been repaired for many years, resulting in excessive humidity and fungus in the interior, which together had a negative impact on the health of preschoolers.

During the implementation of AF VIP-3, a heat pump was installed here and a borehole was drilled with a depth of 28 meters. Now, the kindergarten has significantly improved the heating system. The benefits of the subproject implementation are obvious: according to the joint calculations of the project engineers and local power authorities’ specialists, the kindergarten paid 123,840 KGS per month for the heating system using electricity, and following the heat pump was put into operation, this amount became -15,540 KGS per month.
