Kalybek Jumadylov is appointed as an ARIS Executive Director
By a decision of the Supervisory Board of the Community Development and Investment Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic (ARIS) dated June 4, 2026, Kalybek Amanatovich Jumadylov was appointed as an ARIS Executive Director. The decision on appointment was adopted unanimously by the members of the ARIS Supervisory Board.
On June 4, 2026, the head of the SDG and Foreign Aid Coordination Department of the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, and representative of the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Supervisory Board, Tilek Bayanbek, officially introduced the new Executive Director to the ARIS staff.
During the introduction, Tilek Bayanbek noted the importance of continuing the effective implementation of programs and projects aimed at sustainable regional development, strengthening local self-government, and improving the quality of life for the population. He wished the new head success in his work and expressed confidence that his professional experience and managerial skills would contribute to the further development of ARIS.
Kalybek Amanatovich has significant professional experience in public administration, law enforcement, and anti-corruption. He started his career in the internal affairs agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic, where he steadily rose from the rank of field officer to leadership positions in units combating corruption, economic crimes, and official misconduct. Over the years, he held senior positions within the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State Service for Combating Economic Crimes.
From 2021 to 2023, he served as the head of the state administration—the akim of the Issyk-Kul District in Issyk-Kul Province—where he supervised issues related to the region’s socioeconomic development, the implementation of state programs, and coordination with local government bodies. Subsequently, he served as a state inspector in the Department of Organizational Work and Interaction with Regions of the Office for the Preparation of Decisions of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Kalybek Jumadylov has a higher education degree in law. He graduated from the Law Faculty of the International University of Kyrgyzstan and subsequently earned a Master’s degree. He is a Candidate of Legal Sciences.
Addressing the ARIS team, Kalybek Jumadylov emphasized his readiness to continue working on developing the capacity of local communities, strengthening partnerships with government agencies and international financial institutions, and ensuring the effective implementation of ARIS programs and projects. Among his priority tasks, he noted improving the efficiency and effectiveness of ongoing initiatives, ensuring the efficient and transparent use of grant and loan funds, the timely disbursement of investment resources, and the achievement of sustainable socio-economic results in the regions of the Kyrgyz Republic.
